We have listed some commonly asked questions to assist your visit to Liquid Leisure and ensure it is as pleasurable as possible.

We recommend that you book online in advance to ensure that you secure your place on a session, especially during peak times. Bookings are subject to availability. You can turn up on the day, however you will be charged the gate price. We cannot guarantee that there will be availability.

Before placing a booking, please check the activity admittance criteria, which can be found on the required activity page on our website, this is to ensure that you meet the requirements for the activity before you book. The Book Now link can be found at the top of the website. This will take you to our online booking system. Select the activity and session you wish to attend and then add the number of participants then follow the process through to checkout. Once you have booked, you must ensure that all participants have read and signed the waiver before arriving. Please remember that once you have book ticket sales are non-refundable.

To participate in any water activity at Liquid Leisure, as a standard procedure, you will be required to read and sign a waiver before partaking in any water activity. A waiver is a legal document which is also known as a liability waiver, a release form or a waiver and release. The document is designed to make sure that all participants are aware of the risk of the activity they are taking part in and is an agreement for participants not to hold the organiser responsible for any personal injury or loss. Any water activity involves an element of risk, which is why it is essential for everyone participating to read and sign a waiver.

Yes, all participants need a valid waiver. Children under the age of 18 years are required to have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to participation.

No, once a waiver has been signed it is valid for 12 months, so you do not have to complete one every time you book. If you think it may have expired, it only takes a couple of minutes to complete the waiver online; the system should inform you if your waiver is still valid.

Yes, you must be confident in the water and able to swim 50m unassisted with a buoyancy aid on. It is very likely that your head will go under water. You have to swim to the Aqua Park to gain access.

You will need to be reasonably fit to participate as you will need to be able to pull yourself up onto the inflatable from the water. You will also need to swim out to the park and back to the shore. As with all physical activity, you will need to check you meet medical and health conditions before going on the Aqua Park.

The lake is on average 4m deep. A lifeguard is on duty during sessions.

Yes, for safety reasons it is mandatory to wear a buoyancy aid when participating in any water activity at Liquid Leisure. These are inclusive with your activity booking.

It is mandatory for participants under the age of 16 years to wear a safety soft helmet. These are provided to aid protection against head collisions as well as a visual aid on the water.

No, it is not compulsory to wear a wetsuit. Wearing a wetsuit is a personal choice; a wetsuit is provided for added protection against seems and Velcro connecting the obstacles as well as comfort/warmth during the colder months or against the sun. You can wear your own wetsuit if you prefer or you can hire a wetsuit from us, subject to availability. If using an Aqua Park wetsuit, you must wear swimwear underneath for hygiene reasons. On the day you can find out the lake temperature to help you make your decision. Please wear appropriate swimwear/clothing if you are not wearing a wetsuit, no mankini’s!

Yes, wetsuits hire is available online and you can add this to your online booking. You can also hire a wetsuit at check-in on the day. We have adult and youth sizes available (subject to availability).

No, shoes are not allowed on the Aqua Park, barefoot only. Grip socks are there for customer hygiene and safety aid, it is an insurance requirement that socks must be worn for the duration of all sessions. They can be purchased on arrival.

We advise at least an hour before your session. For example, if your session was at 1pm, we advise you to arrive by 12 noon. This gives you time to park, check-in, get changed, and be safety briefed. Our safety briefing takes place at quarter to the hour.

Bring with you a change of clothes, swim wear and towel. Sun cream if it is sunny.

No, all jewellery must be removed before you take part in any activity, including ALL removable earrings. If you have recently had any piercings, they must be taped to cover them. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

Yes, all cameras and devices MUST be secured by a chest harness. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged devices, wearing a camera is done so at your own risk.

No, we advise not to wear your glasses on the Aqua Park; however, prescription goggles are a good alternative. If you have to wear your glasses, this is entirely at your own risk, as there is a high chance of losing or damaging them.

Yes, you can wear swimming goggles.
+
Yes, only tight-fitting clothing is permitted such as leggings, vest tops, rash vests, T-shirts. Loose clothing is not permitted for safety reasons.

No, as a safety precaution to yourself and others you cannot wear any loose clothing on the Aqua Park.

Common causes of injury are from a pre-existing injury. We would advise that you avoid taking part in the activity. If you chose to take part, take extra caution when on the Aqua Park, if in doubt get advice from your doctor. Warm up and stretch before doing the activity and ensure that you follow the safety rules.

No, for safety to you and your unborn child, we advise that if you are pregnant you should not take part on the Aqua Park. We strongly advise that you do not participate if you suspect or you are in early stages of pregnancy.

No, water, drugs and alcohol do not mix. Strong medication, drugs and alcohol impairs your judgement, coordination, reaction time and perception of risk to yourself and others. You will not be allowed on the Aqua Park for safety precautions if we suspect that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Refunds will not be given.

No. we do not allow food or drink to be bought onsite; we have a café on site to fulfil your food and beverage needs. You can bring a cake for any party bookings. If you have a food intolerance, please notify us in advance.

No, sorry dogs are not permitted on site.

Yes, spectators can watch from the bank and is currently free to do so.

Yes, currently we also offer Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Liquid Leisure Windsor offers a variety of activites including Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Cable and Ninja Warrior UK Aqua Park.

Swimming is only permitting in the designated Aqua Park. All swimming must be observed by a lifeguard.

The minimum age for participation on the Aqua Park is 6 years old. Minimum height 1.1m, (110cm). The Aqua Park is as much for adults as it is for children.

Yes, however children under the age of 12 years are to be accompanied by at least one adult on the Aqua Park.
Children aged 6-9 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years) on the Aqua Park.
Children aged 10-13 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years) on site.

Absolutely, the Aqua Park is suitable for both adults and children. It is a fantastic activity for all the family to enjoy together. It is challenging to both adults and children, but it is great fun for everyone.

No, you still take part in the rain…you are going to get wet anyway!! It is great fun in the rain. We have wetsuits available to hire for those wishing to hire on arrival.

If there is a thunder storm overhead, we will pause the activity and resume once the storm has passed, as best we can we will endeavour to provide the full session time. This does mean we may have to delay later sessions if this does occur.

Yes, if you want a rest or have had enough you can come off the session at any time. You can only return to the park during the same session; you will not be able to carry over any remaining time on another session.

It is your responsibility to arrive on time. We cannot be held responsible for your arrival. We will do our best to get you on the session as soon as possible, however this cannot be guaranteed. If you miss your session, no refund will be given. We strongly advise you allow plenty of time for traffic, local events and bank holidays and arrive at the park at least an hour before your booking. Make sure you have read and signed the waiver before your arrival.

Yes, it is a fresh water lake and there are fish and other water related animals.

Yes, you can book a double session. You will have to come off the session and go on again. We have to ensure all participants are off the water at the end of each session.

Yes, there are lockers you can hire during your time at the park. Subject to availability.

Our prices are already great value; there are currently no discounts for group bookings.

Yes, there are toilets available.

Yes, there are changing rooms for both male and females. These are basic with no electric point for hairdryers.

No, there are currently no showers available.

Yes, however, as you would when going swimming please wear verruca socks if you have any form of foot infection, so as not to spread infection to other participants.

No, bookings are non-refundable. We may be able to move a booking (subject to availability) with a £5 admin charge per booking. 75% refund for cancellations with more than 14 days (2 weeks) notice period prior to booking.

No, we do not have an area which is automatically reserved for party bookings. There are plenty of seating areas for you to use.

Gift vouchers can be purchase. These cannot be redeemed for cash or against Aqua Park socks.

SUP is an abbreviation for Stand Up Paddleboarding. Stand up paddleboarding is an offshoot of surfing; the act of propelling oneself on a floating platform with the help of a paddle or pole.

Yes, stand up paddleboarding is great for a complete body workout. SUP’ing is a low impact exercise that is a combination of balance, strength, and endurance which are exercised whether you are paddling or just balancing on your board.
